Included equipment

Two employees of the Museum will be present for the duration of your event.

Kitchenette ( 1 refrigerator, 1 stove and 2 side tables ).

Cloakroom for up to 120 coats.

Acces ramp for wheelchairs (on request).

Wood chairs (45) and tables (ten 2' x 2' ; two36' round) (Garden only).

The Garden cleaning, installation and removal of the Château chairs in the garden will be done by museum staff.

WIFI Internet connection (Conference Room only).

Flip chart (Conference Room only)

Coffee and water service for up to 30 people (Conference Room only).

Guided tours

Rate: $50 per guide. Maximum of 20 people per guide.

Guided tours are available in English or in French.

Technician Fees

Belor is the list of rooms that can be modified for the needs of an event, with the required technician fees. The Museum will decide which showcases have to be moved to meet the needs of the authorized client.
